Crested Butte Specialty Services respects your privacy and takes every measure to ensure your personal information is completely secure, just as you would like. We do not sell email addresses to third party organizations. We do not misuse or share your credit card information. We do not allow anyone else to view your billing address, telephone number or local accommodations information.

Uses of your Personal Information:
Crested Butte Specialty Services does require some of your personal information such as credit card number, expiration date, billing address, telephone number and local accommodations. Your credit card information will be stored in a secure computer database only to be used to hold your reservations and pay your bill if you choose to pay with a credit card. Your billing address is used to verify your credit card number with our credit card processing company. Your telephone number is used to communicate with you in the instance that we need to call you to confirm your reservation or if something last minute should come up such as questions regarding your grocery order. Your local accommodations are needed so that we know where to deliver your groceries or pick you up if you are using our transportation service.

Sharing your Personal Information:
Only when requested by you will your information be shared with other organizations. Examples include: (1) You request us to make a reservation for you with another company, such as a snowmobile tour operator, massage therapist, etc. that requires your credit card number to hold the reservation or pay for the goods/services. (2) You request us to purchase goods/services via an online ordering process such as lodging, lift tickets, tickets to events, etc. Whenever your credit card information needs to be shared with another organization, your permission will be asked of us first, always. We will also let you know of any cancellation policies or other terms or conditions that may exist within that organization.
